HM Nonprofit Financial ensures organizations can track their money to enable programmatic success.
HM Nonprofit Financial works with small and medium sized nonprofits, fiscal sponsors, fiscally-sponsored projects and small businesses to build and execute systems for financial management.
Tenets
- Mission-alignment
- Financial systems should reflect and inform the programmatic activities of the organization. Reporting should be useful for evaluation, budgeting, and long-term programmatic planning.
- Clarity
- Organizations should understand where their money comes from, where it is going, why, and when. Cash flow or liquidity should never be a surprise. Financial statements and their component parts should be clean and legible.
- Compliance
- No matter an organization’s size or scope, financials should be organized and audit-ready.
Services
- Advice and Consultation
